Position Summary:
inspiring and facilitating Nestlé's Market Nutrition Health & Wellness (NHW) goal while generating shared value through the translation and direction of nutrition knowledge implementation.
A Day In The Life:
• Manage and coordinate Health Economic (HE) activities & communication as a crucial part of I/R process at market level.
• Lead market NHW Dashboard Reporting & ensure a prompt conclusion, via consolidation of the NPDI evaluation results.
• Conduct market nutritional the landscaping activities & understand Public Health circumstances to guide market I/R strategy & NHW activities.
• Encourage and guide the enforcement of nutrition policies & 60/40+ yearly plan in the marketplace; and enforce product compliance to internal policies.
• Continue nutrition education for oneself, business partners, and consumers.
• Drive the nutrition knowledge aptitude of market employees and run basic nutrition training.
• Manage and run Nestlé Market Corporate nutrition communication & activities.
• Guide & inspire the market's implementation of nutrition policies.
• Promote Nestlé's standing as the industry leader in nutrition, health, and wellness. Give brands or Nestlé Corporate/CSV activities the necessary nutrition expertise and direction to support NHW strategy, actions, and communication.
• Serve as Nestlé's market representative for nutritional content, NHW corporate communications, and nutrition-related activities. Attend external scientific conferences and meetings on behalf of Nestlé.
• In order to assist the company and strengthen Nestlé's NHW recognition, collaborate with KOLs, nutrition and health influencers, and academics on nutrition and health-related themes.
• Engage in and contribute to Nutrition Network events, such as trainings, workshops, and live gatherings. Exchange best practices and experiences with colleagues in different markets.
What Makes You Successful?
• Recommendations for the M.Sc. in Nutrition and Dietetics credential (e.g., Registered Dietitian or equivalent).
• Experience in the food industry, public health nutrition organisation, and nutrition communication.
• Experience supporting business/product categories.
• University degree in Nutrition/Dietetics or a life science field with nutrition specialisation.
