Your Task 
We have a Senior Product Analyst position open. In order to help the CEO and general manager make better choices more quickly, you will collaborate closely with the cross-functional product team in this capacity. Making decisions based on facts is ingrained in our society. Furthermore, we strongly support the empowerment of the entire company and strong, real-time analytics.
Someone who is virtually an expert at delving into large datasets, producing useful insights, establishing product targets and metrics with ease, and managing several trials with ease would be ideal for this position.
What you will be doing?
. Using funnels, cohort studies, long-term trends, user segmentation, regression models, and other techniques, analyze data to find actionable insights and guide product suggestions.
. To get insights beyond raw data and comprehend how our consumers engage with our products, make use of your proficiency in analytics, data science, and storytelling. These insights may then be used to guide our product strategy.
. Using thorough analysis and methodical problem-solving, identify and address data irregularities, identify changes in metric patterns, and guarantee data integrity.
. Work together with the product team to design, organize, conduct, and assess experiments, such as multivariate and A/B testing.
. Collaborate with engineering to execute, record, verify, and track our metrics and logs, and make sure we get accurate data to generate pertinent insights.
. Strengthen our experimentation culture and promote best practices for data-driven decision-making at our app. 
. Work with product management to define outcome-focused product goals and an experiment-driven roadmap, balancing effort, impact, and risk. 
. Develop useful self-serve tools and visualization dashboards to expedite analytics operations and speed decision-making. 
. Support data engineering by creating straightforward, dependable data pipelines and automated reporting for metric tracking.
What you'll require to be successful?
. You've worked as a product analyst for a long time and enjoy examining millions of rows of unprocessed data to find patterns. You're good with big, complicated data.
. You are proficient with statistical software like Python and R and are familiar with SQL, including Postgres and Standard SQL.
. You have a solid understanding of behavioral analytics and support scientific techniques such as experimental analytics, which includes A/B and multivariate testing. You can also rely on significance analysis, non-parametric techniques, bootstrapping, and causal inference as necessary. Indeed, you are aware of the benefits and drawbacks of using a Bayesian statistical method as opposed to a frequentist one.
. With the help of data visualization and storytelling, you are an expert at transforming data into insights and insights into tales that you can effortlessly convey.
. Although you have a strong understanding of what makes a product successful financially, you are enthusiastic about creating amazing products for people.
. You have expertise in creating KPIs that act as trustworthy standards for assessing the success of each launch, as well as in developing efficient objectives and product measurements.
. In order to accomplish tasks, you may collaborate and communicate with a wide variety of individuals and working styles. You can also challenge and influence those you work with in a deliberate and positive way.
Bonus points:
. If you’ve worked on online dating, social discovery, community or entertainment products, but it’s not required.
. a degree in computer science, statistics, operations research, mathematics, or other quantitatively related disciplines.
. familiarity with BigQuery (a huge plus!).
. familiarity with recommendation algorithms, machine learning-driven products, and data products.
