Job description:
Our Beverage Division at Gourmet Pakistan is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager HR-Total Rewards to join the HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the manufacturing and FMCG industries and a track record of managing total rewards, compensation, and benefits strategies. 1. Principal Duties: Overall Reward Administration:
. Create, create, and put into effect competitive benefit and pay plans that adhere to industry norms.
. To guarantee market competitiveness, do employment appraisals, market analysis, and wage benchmarking.
. To keep top personnel, manage and supervise incentive schemes and awards programs.
2. HR Regulations and Adherence:
. Verify that all incentive schemes abide with corporate guidelines and regional labor regulations.
. Create and revise policies pertaining to incentives, perks, and remuneration.
3. Engagement and Retention of Employees:
. Encourage employee involvement by putting in place successful recognition initiatives.
. Examine employee satisfaction surveys to find and fix any weaknesses in your incentive system.
4. Management of Performance:
. Work together with the leadership to connect reward and recognition initiatives with performance management systems.
. Keep an eye on performance indicators and make sure that rewards are distributed fairly and openly.
5. Collaboration Among Stakeholders:
. Make sure reward plans are in line with company objectives by collaborating closely with top management, department leaders, and finance departments.
. Give the payroll and HR departments advice on matters pertaining to pay and benefits.
6. Information and Reporting:
. Create thorough studies and presentations on market competitiveness, cost analysis, and compensation trends for the leadership.
. To predict future demands for pay and benefits, keep track of and evaluate HR data.
Conditions:
Qualifications for Education:
. Human Resources BBA/MBA or a similar degree.
Experience:
. Six years or more of expertise in the manufacturing and FMCG sectors, with a focus on comprehensive rewards management or compensation and benefits.
Proficiency:
. thorough knowledge of best practices for pay and benefits.
. knowledge of data analysis tools and HRIS systems.
. strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
. Outstanding interpersonal, negotiating, and communication abilities.
. the capacity to discreetly handle sensitive and private information.
