Your Challenge at Wire:
Assuring the successful implementation of our commercialisation strategy will require you to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and align resources. With a strong emphasis on efficiency and speed, you will work directly with Go-To-Market (GTM) teams and manage projects that involve several business divisions. In order to make these projects successful, your knowledge of the German public sector and vital national infrastructure in Europe will be essential.

Your Main Responsibilities are:
Project Coordination:
Oversee the smooth implementation of the commercial plan by directing GTM teams across multiple business divisions.

Aligning stakeholders:
Serve as the primary liaison between both internal and external parties, guaranteeing agreement on goals and deliverables.

Resource management: 
Assemble the assets required to back business plans, promoting scalability and efficiency.

Strategic Execution: 
Make sure goals are reached quickly and accurately by keeping an eye on project schedules and deliverables.

Public Sector Expertise: 
To handle operational and regulatory complexity, draw on your knowledge of the German governmental sector and vital national infrastructure in Europe.

Performance Monitoring: 
KPIs should be set up and tracked to assess project progress, pinpoint areas for development, and guarantee alignment with corporate objectives.

Process Optimisation:
Find ways to improve and automate processes in order to cut expenses and streamline operations.

Cross-functional Collaboration: 
To guarantee a cohesive approach to project delivery, collaborate across functional boundaries with departments like as customer success, marketing, sales, and others.

Your Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional experience in project management, with a focus on commercial strategies.
Proven expertise in the German public sector and European critical national infrastructure.
Fluency in English and German additional European languages are a plus.
Strong knowledge of GTM strategies and cross-functional team coordination.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High level of initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
