Your Task:
Implementing, setting up, and deploying a SIEM platform (Elastic) to satisfy the organization's security monitoring needs will be your responsibility.
You incorporate servers, apps, network hardware, security tools, and data sources into the SIEM system.
To identify security events and reduce false alerts, you create and improve dashboards, corrective rules, and alarms.
You set up the log collection and make sure it is processed and stored correctly in compliance with legal and organisational standards.
Analysing and classifying security warnings from SIEM and other security solutions (such firewalls and EDR) and offering helpful information and doable actions are also part of your duties.
To guarantee complete coverage of vital assets, you collaborate cross-functionally with many IT departments and routinely monitor, optimise, and record the SIEM platform and security metrics.
You have up-to-date knowledge of the most recent security best practices, attack techniques, and industry trends. This enables you to spot chances to enhance and mechanise security monitoring procedures.
Supporting and configuring extra security solutions, such firewalls, CNAPP, EDR, and other pertinent systems, is another aspect of your work.

Your Profile:
You have earned a degree in computer science, business informatics, IT security, or a related discipline.
You possess professional expertise in data protection, IT security, and information security. You have also managed IT security initiatives and responded to incidents.
You are familiar with configuring SIEM platforms (such as Splunk, QRadar, ArcSight, and Elastic) to gather, standardise, and examine logs from various sources of information.
To increase detection accuracy and lower false positives, you can optimise SIEM configurations, create efficient security correlating event rules, and independently examine complicated security data.
High levels of independence, intellectual curiosity, and a customer-focused perspective, along with an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work well in a team setting, characterise your professional approach.
Your great presenting abilities and target group-oriented communication support your persuasive presence.
Your profile is completed with excellent English language speaking and writing abilities.
