About the Position as Account Manager/Sales Executive - Norway:
As an Account Manager/Sales Executive, you have overall responsibility for the entire customer journey from start to finish, which means that your working days will consist of a lot of prospecting and customer contact over the phone/webinar and in physical meetings.
Your tasks will consist of sales, identifying new business opportunities and ensuring increased growth for Pihr in the Norwegian market.
You work both towards individual goals with a great deal of personal responsibility, but also towards the common goals of the sales team and the company.

 


Qualifications for the Ideal Candidate:
Results-oriented - focused, positive and competitive.

Experience from working with business development and sales development.
Organized and independent you are both an individual contributor and a team player.
Knowledge of technology and software you enjoy discussing ideas and solutions and have an understanding of how digitization can improve organizational performance with an equal opportunity perspective.
We would like to see that you have other education within sales, HR or finance. In addition to this you are Norwegian-speaking and have good knowledge of English.
Fluency in Norwegian is required.
