About this job:
Your position at Dynatrace:
For Sweden, we are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive. You will increase sales in this position by making targeted acquisitions in a variety of business sectors, including manufacturing and telco.
You will be responsible for managing two to four current client accounts. You'll be concentrating on growing these connections and forming new alliances. You will also interact with prospective clients and present our products to them. Following a successful conversion, you will have the opportunity to keep those accounts open and look into ways to cross-sell and upsell our products.Additionally, you’ll benefit from mentorship provided by our award-winning leadership team. Collaborating closely with our high-performing sales professionals, SDRs, and partners, you’ll be on the path toward achieving ultimate success.
. Execute on territory plans to deliver maximum revenue potential within a pool of regionally focused Enterprise accounts.
. Collaborative pre-defined SE support based on region.
. 2-4 customers existing, with a number of net new accounts
. Drive new logo customers whilst also focusing on expanding Dynatrace usage within existing accounts.
. To create and execute an enterprise-wide strategy that optimizes Dynatrace's value and places Dynatrace in relation to its competitors, confer with the vice president and C-level executives.
. Establish Dynatrace in new markets through account-specific efforts, in-market events, and product demonstrations to create velocity.
. To make sure Dynatrace can be sold widely and successfully, build a network of contacts among designated accounts and channel partners.
. Develop and implement a solution plan to satisfy client business needs in close collaboration with Dynatrace functional areas such sales engineering, marketing, legal, finance, and other business divisions.
. Make sure the implementations of your clients are really successful.
What will enable you to achieve success
Conditions:
. You have a proven track record of selling enterprise software to executives in a variety of company roles.
. Decision cycles can be shortened when managing sales cycles in intricate companies.
. Your organizational and communication skills—both written and spoken, as well as your ability to negotiate and present—are exceptional.
. You know how to use a sales ecosystem and are comfortable creating a varied territory strategy. 
. You have demonstrated expertise in growing your clientele while fostering current connections to increase spending.
. You can think and act with haste and do well in high-velocity circumstances. 
. focused by VP- and C-level relationships, you are a self-starter who is persistent and focused, constantly delivering excellent performance over quota.
. You are skilled at creating and carrying out sales pitches and company plans.
. You are familiar with MEDDPIC and understand how to work together and co-sell internally across all supporting resources to increase your performance and progress the sales process.
. You understand the market for contemporary applications and observability.
. Fluent in both English and Swedish
