Job Description:
For submission to institutional clients like the UNDP, World Bank, Asian Development Bank (ADB), government agencies, and international NGOs, the incumbent will be in charge of conducting research, preparing RFPs, Reports, and related manuscripts with graphic organizers, infographics, illustrations, and presentations. In collaboration with the various Cynosure teams, they will assist the company in producing brochures, idea notes, and/or material for its social media accounts.
This is a highly networked position that calls for meticulous attention to detail, the capacity to function under pressure, and the ability to meet strict deadlines. The project coordinator has a key responsibility for coordinating tender papers and associated deliverables effectively and on schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
conducting the required research to create reports, presentations, etc.;
aiding in the creation of tools for data collecting;
producing tabular forms, fact sheets, visual organizers, infographics, drawings, presentations, and reports on study outcomes to summarise information obtained from primary or secondary sources;
Create MS Office graphics based on analyzed data supplied by professionals;
MS PowerPoint presentations should be improved;
Maintain and contribute to the branding strategy of the business, such as through the creation of logos and letterheads.
employing various techniques, such as the internal expert's database and recruiting platforms, to identify essential experts;
organizing and engaging with them via phone and email in a productive manner to assist in the recruitment of key specialists;
reviewing, modifying, and consistently structuring resumes and CVs collected from professionals in accordance with templates provided by Cynosure and/or the Client;
securing management approvals through the evaluation, revision, and editing of draught proposals in line with suggestions from the proposal developer;
coordinating and speaking with partner companies to guarantee timely submission of necessary paperwork and data;
ensuring that the final submission complies with the solicitation's guidelines and donor/client rules;
Brochures, idea notes, and/or material for social media postings can be created and/or modified as needed.

Key Requirements:
a person having a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the social sciences, business, international relations, development studies, or a closely related discipline; applicants with degrees from international universities are highly sought;
1-2 years of experience, preferably working for an NGO or other organization engaged in international development. Application form recent grads is welcomed;
Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) are essential, and they must be mastered;
Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other picture editing and creation software proficiency is greatly desired;
to detect client compliance requirements in tender and associated papers, and to summarise complicated materials;
