Job Responsibilities:

Overall Area Leadership:

responsible for guaranteeing SSR improvement, enhanced fee collection, and ongoing fleet management.
accountable for overseeing the management of Academic Data Management (analysis, verification, and preservation) and Area Administrator to carry out general administrative tasks.
Relationship Management
Maintain open lines of contact with community people and promote the use of local resources to assist schools when necessary. Principals are also urged to maintain strong lines of connection with parents and periodically attend Parent-Student Meetings.
Whenever necessary, keep in touch with donors on donor-related education initiatives.
keeps in touch with other AEMs to foster a productive working environment, solicits input, and discusses best practices to aid in the growth of the entire area.
Quality of Principal:
In charge of overall Principal cohort strengthening to increase Principal Quality
Collaborate with the RHR Manager to find qualified local principals, including by taking part in assessment centers.
Ensure that PQI visits are fully participated in, that the Principals receive regular academic input (even officially through appraisals), and that continual development is tracked throughout the year. Support the Principal through PIP as necessary.
Responsible for the overall development of the teacher cohort (via TCT and Pedagogy) to enhance teacher quality.
Work with the principals to seek out to and hire qualified local teachers, especially in challenging areas. You are in responsible of accepting proposals for teacher transfers and promotions. Every time you come, make sure you observe at least one classroom and give consistent comments.
Education Level:
For the underperforming schools in the region, develop a thorough action plan and regularly monitor it to ensure progress. Plan and draught AIPs that are closely tied to overall school and neighborhood improvement.
