Responsibilities:
General knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory
Basic knowledge of Local Area Networks
Knowledge of Printer/Fax troubleshooting, support, general maintenance
Laptop/Desktop hardware support
Microsoft Office Suite 365 Knowledge/ Skills
Email client configuration & setup (Outlook, phone email setup, etc.)
Knowledge of helpdesk/ ticketing system
Knowledge of working with Projectors
VOIP Knowledge of Telephone systems
Knowledge of Setup/troubleshoot mobile phones
Knowledge of Antivirus/Anti Malware software
Experience with Remote tools such as TeamViewer, etc.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English speaking skills
Technical troubleshooting skills.
