Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on overall strategic direction, short and long term goals, and internal governance procedures to improve quality of services, and efficiency.
• Provide expert advice on matters related to hospital operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and healthcare industry trends.
• Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential challenges and propose risk mitigation strategies to ensure hospital's sustained growth.
• Monitor and assess hospital's performance metrics, financial health and provide regular reports and recommendations for improvements to the senior management.
• Stay abreast of the latest developments in healthcare industry, technology, and industry best practices to provide recommendations for improvement in hospital's overall performance.
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures that ensure effective and efficient hospital operations while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate change management initiatives, advice on strategies to improve patient experience, satisfaction and overall well-being.
• Develop and implement community engagement outreach programs to promote health and wellness awareness.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders such as regulatory bodies, healthcare providers and other stakeholders.
• Identify and secure all necessary approvals/certifications locally and international approvals for hospital and medical centers.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase hospital visibility and standing.
• Explore new avenues for growth and expansion to ensure the hospital's continued excellence in healthcare services.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree with healthcare management experience can also be considered.
• 12-15 years proven experience in a senior advisory role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a hospital setup.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
