Job Description:

As a Medical Representative for Home Care Services at ConsidraCare Pakistan, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions in key areas of Lahore, including DHA, Model Town, Gulberg, New Garden Town, and Model Town. Your role will be pivotal in promoting our home care services and ensuring that patients receive top-notch care in the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify and engage with healthcare professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and medical facilities, to promote our home care services.

· Develop and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare institutions and clinics in the specified regions.

· Educate healthcare professionals and institutions about the advantages and benefits of our services.

· Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team to strategize and execute sales initiatives.

· Attend relevant healthcare events, conferences, and seminars to network and generate leads.

· Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to healthcare professionals and facilities.

· Stay updated on our services and stay informed about industry trends.

· Keep track of sales activities and provide regular progress reports.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.

· 1-2 years of experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar healthcare sales role.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· Exceptional negotiation and presentation abilities.

· In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly in Lahore.

· Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to achieve targets.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

· Possession of a valid driver's license and access to transportation.
