Poshnee Tech is seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's social media accounts, executing social media strategies to increase engagement, drive website traffic, and build brand awareness, creating engaging graphics and content, and ensuring that our YouTube videos are posted on all popular social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
• Manage all social media accounts (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) and create engaging content to share.
• Create engaging graphics and content for social media posts, ads, and other promotional materials.
• Design and create thumbnails for YouTube videos that will ensure higher CTR.
• Monitor social media trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with the overall marketing strategy.
• Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance and engagement.
• Monitor and respond to comments on our social media profiles and interact with the audience.
• Ensure that our YouTube videos are posted on all popular social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Experience with social media management tools, analytics, and reporting.
• Ability to create engaging and visually appealing content and graphics.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Must be familiar with all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, You Tube, Pinterest, Tik Tok, Linkedin, Twitter etc.
• Should have a good idea of paid advertisement on social media platforms.
• Familiarity with hashtags and scheduling softwares.
• Familiarity with social media search engines.
