    Employment: Project director full-time

    Monthly Salary: 100–125,000 AED

    A project director who, in the last ten years, has completed projects worth at least one billion AED for a main contractor in the UAE?   

    The project director recently signed off on a 2.6 billion AED construction value.

       directly answering to the general manager of this major shopping mall development in Dubai regarding the P&L.

       Our client is quite specific about what they want, and they don't compromise on their demands.

       In the UAE, you will have completed a project valued at one billion AED for a Tier 1 contractor. Someone who sat beneath you or above the project director and was ultimately in charge of the team will not be allowed to work for them.

    You'll be aware of the modifications to design, personnel management, political dynamics, and program concerns that arise on large-scale projects.

    You have the necessary drive and motivation to finish this marathon for our client because you have already traveled this route!
