Roles & responsibilities:
Control and direct all aspects of facility management for projects involving civil engineering. Organize with suppliers, contractors, and other interested parties to guarantee that projects are completed on schedule. Create and carry out maintenance plans to guarantee that facilities operate effectively. Regularly check buildings to evaluate their state and determine what needs to be repaired or maintained. Prepare and manage budgets for facility management projects. Make sure that all facility management operations adhere to safety standards and laws. Offer technical assistance and knowledge to address any facility-related problems. Keep thorough records and documentation of all operations related to facility management. Effectively communicate with stakeholders and team members to guarantee that project objectives are fulfilled. To continuously enhance procedures, keep up with industry developments and best practices in facility management.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
An undergraduate degree in a relevant field, such as civil engineering. Experience managing facilities for at least five years in the civil engineering sector; working on large-scale building projects; excellent English communication skills; knowledge of other languages a plus Capacity to inspire and guide a group of people toward project success Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Capacity to physically examine facilities and perform on-site work as required.
