Job Description: 
Starting in autumn 2024/2025, there is an opportunity for an Assistant Professor in Maternity and Newborn Health Nursing at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Ajman University. 
Job Responsibilities: 
Create and offer courses to students in designated academic fields with the goal of meeting the university's three (3) core standards, which are as follows: Teaching, Research and Services. To ensure continued student achievement, assess, track, and give feedback on each individual student's progress. Conduct research, arrange, and oversee course outlines, community networks, and instructional resources. Look for strategies, processes, and tools to help you accomplish the goals of the course. Support and participate in accreditation initiatives. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 
Job Requirements:
 It is necessary to have a PhD in nursing from a reputable university. alumnus of recognised universities where education is conducted in English and credit hours are assigned. possess four to five years of minimum teaching experience. advanced technology integration into the educational process (presentations, e-learning platforms, reports). Candidates having a track record of excellence in research and some industrial experience related to the field will be given preference. 
Skills Required:
 Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Capacity to collaborate well in a multi-cultural team environment. Ability to create, compose and edit written materials. Program planning and implementation skills. Knowledge of computerized student information systems.
