Job Description: 
Ensure an overarching control environment at project sites. Supervise procurement reviews to ensure best value for money. Daily production levels are monitored. Monitoring the overall project development. Follow-up on uncertified applications and certified receivables. Verification of outstanding charges, deductions, and penalties. Maintaining positive project cashflow at all times. Review of project commercial correspondence. Assisted in the filing of claims, VOs, and dispute resolution. Managing relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, customers, and banks. Review of project-specific profit and loss and cash flow reports. Review and review the Budget Reconciliation Summary with Project Managers. Review and discussion of the Cost to Complete with each Project Manager. Review the project meeting minutes to establish the Critical Issue List (CIL). Review and comparison of budget and actual billing. xvii. Visit the project sites. Review the purchase timeline to detect any procurement delays.v Review project progress report on a periodic basis. Review and analyze the Payment Tracking Schedule (PTS) to discover payment or certification delays. Review and discussion of the Variation Order (VO) Log. Ensuring safeguard of the Group’s assets.
Deliverables: 
The ERP system generates accurate project commercial and financial data. Identification of cost overruns at early stage to ensure achievement of project profitability at targeted level. Zero controllable delays in projects. 
Desired Candidate Profile: 
The objective of the position are to: 
Develop and implement a framework of project reporting; Ensure periodic accurate reporting in order to function as a Decision Support System.
