About the opportunity: 
Conduct business reviews with accounts and identify business opportunities and business relationships which result in the achievement of increased revenue, profitability and market share. Maintain a continuous business relationship with partners. Provide excellent service and support in order to build strong relationship and resolve operational issues between partners and the company. 
Lead the team of account managers to: 
Make sure that the clientele's menus are always current. Maximize the content of your partner (MOA, delivery time). Negotiation of the commission rate:establishing new business connections by extending current ones through offer renegotiation. Sales of advertisements: obtaining and preserving images from newsletters, banners, stickers, stickers, and Talabat branding at the client. Optimization of the transmission method: convincing partners to switch to WLA transmission and integrate the track order feature. Persuade partners to accept offers and incentives. Partners should be encouraged to sign up for the online payment gateway. If the partners are active on the Talabat application, coordinate with them to check and fix any issues, including paused or shutdown distribution. 
Keep thorough records of all your prospecting and sales activities, including: 
Closed sales Follow-up activities Sales expense report Increased sales data following the use of coupons, vouchers, and promotions Sheet for partner analysis Report on account management.
What are the requirements for success? 
An undergraduate degree in business administration or a similar discipline. Requires 4-5 years of IT industry sales experience. Expertise in forming and managing business teams. Outstanding analytical abilities and the capacity to gather, monitor, and evaluate vast volumes of data. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. Arabic-speaking is a must A dedication to coaching rather than managing with the common objective of creating high-achieving teams. It is comfortable working in a challenging environment. It is necessary to relocate to or reside in Al-Ain.
