Where you Come in?
You will assist our team in bringing innovative ideas to life on a project-by-project basis as a freelance production manager. Working with our Creative Team, you will be primarily in charge of organising and creating video content.
Your Tasks will Include:
Overseeing every facet of the production, such as scheduling for both on-site and remote productions, staff, equipment, and documentation.
Assisting us in identifying and casting talent.
Providing us with line producer support on-set and assisting us in maintaining operational efficiency.
Arranging team meetings during the production process, such as wrap-ups, internal kick-offs, and feedback sessions.
Providing input and technological solutions while participating in the ideation stage of new advertisements and instructional materials.
Monitoring our production stream and assisting in the development of optimal procedures.
Arranging for the localisation of English-language material for international markets.
What you’ll Bring?
You hold a degree in media studies, visual communication, media design, or film and television production.
You possess hands-on experience in creating audio, video, and photo content from conception to completion.
You have a strong grasp of what engages and entertains people, and you have a passion regarding all things video and visual trends.
Your organisational, communication, and project management abilities are excellent.
You have an optimistic, practical, and problem-solving attitude.
You're passionate and have the capacity to relate to others.
German is a plus, and you speak English well.
You're headquartered in Berlin.
