We are looking for you in Hamburg as an Ecotrophologist (m/f/d) in our Product Development Team full -time from October 2024 
Tasks: 
Your role: 
You ensure the implementation of product development across departments from the idea to market launch. 
You conduct tenders for the selection of producers. 
You identify trends and develop the appropriate products. 
You analyse the product portfolio and identify opportunities for improvement; you can optimize and adapt recipes. 
You are in constant contact with contract manufacturers, compare their performance and know the latest technologies and trends in production. 
You can ensure, alone or together with experts, that the quality and marketability of the product is guaranteed. 
Qualification: 
Your profile: 
You have at least 2 - 4 years of professional experience in product development in a food company. 
Preferably, you have already gained experience in the product development of nutritional supplements.
 You are a real “foodie” and have completed a degree in nutritional science or Ecotrophology. 
You are characterized by your hands-on mentality and you love the challenge of managing several projects simultaneously. 
You are very reliable and work carefully. Fluent written and spoken English.
