Duties:
. Create and implement thorough influencer marketing plans.
. In order to ensure effective execution and delivery, lead the Influencer's team by creating a clear quarterly plan and targets that align with the larger corporate strategy.
. Stay ahead of the curve by developing and implementing innovative influencer marketing features.
. Work across departments to include Influencer's team goals into more comprehensive business plans and projects.
. Oversee resource allocation and funding for Influencer marketing initiatives to guarantee effectiveness and impact.
. To develop talent and create a positive team environment, coach others and facilitate career and performance discussions.
. Keep up with market developments and modify your tactics to raise influencers' profile.
. Report on Influencer's marketing approach and progress on a regular basis, providing performance analysis and guidance for the future.
Conditions
. Five years or more of experience in influencer marketing, with at least three of those years spent in a managerial capacity, ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce setting.
. proven ability to create and implement thorough, effective influencer marketing campaigns on a range of digital channels.
. Excellent leadership abilities and a history of successfully leading and growing a successful Influencer team.
. Strong analytical abilities and expertise using AI-driven technologies like MixPanel and SimillarWeb in addition to traditional analytics to gauge success and inform strategy.
. a track record of successfully allocating resources, managing budgets, and proving return on investment for Influencer's marketing campaigns.
. Strong cross-functional cooperation skills, collaborating with product and technical teams to incorporate best practices for Influencer marketing into XFN initiatives.
. forward-thinking strategy that places a high priority on keeping up with developments in digital marketing, influencer marketing, and technology.
