Job Description: 
Visual Design & Content: Supports Al-Futtaim with visual communications by creating and implementing visual corporate communication assets in the brand's style and spirit using a variety of creative skills; Works across the business to develop and deliver upon design briefs by gathering information and data to clarify communications objectives; Delivers creative and visual content on a wide range of platforms on a daily basis, including print, website, intranet, social media content, email, presentations, brochures, reports, and events; Stays up to date on and shares design software trends and advancements with the team. Website & Intranet Content Development: As a team, you will create engaging content for our corporate website and intranet channels by creating digital artwork and content.supports the development and execution of fresh online content with an emphasis on raising awareness of and advancing Al-Futtaim's aims for internal and external communications,stays abreast of the most recent developments in communications and best practices to guarantee ongoing innovation and enhancement wherever feasible.Design and Management of LogosWhen necessary, create new logos and other brand components. Maintain consistency and adherence to brand requirements by managing and updating the company's logo collection.oversees and maintains our internal picture and content library,collaborates with suppliers on content creation and creative briefs as needed.Design Hub Management serves as the head of our Egyptian-based design hub staff.Oversee the group and the entire procedure, from the briefing to the delivery,guaranteeing timely, high-quality production that is consistent with the brand. Examine the distribution of resources to fulfill deadlines and the amount of requests and briefs.Oversee the remote design hub's creative output, making sure that everything is in line with the company's strategic objectives and brand identity.In order to foster skill development, creative growth, and keeping up with the most recent trends and developments, mentor and mentor junior designers inside the hub.Governance and Management of Visual and Brand Identitymakes certain that all logos and designs adhere to the brand's visual identity standards,makes certain that the visual identity standards and group brand are consistently updated to reflect the most recent group advancements.serves as a brand ambassador, actively promoting Al-Futtaim's corporate brand guidelines, striving for "look & feel" and messaging consistency, and assisting to instill the brand's purpose, vision, and values throughout the organization; to drive brand and VI compliance and governance throughout the organization; to deploy and champion a long-term vision for a harmonized and consistent brand and visual language throughout the organization; and to deliver the following deliverables and outputs (the "product" and value-add that is created): Complete adherence to corporate brand and visual identity guidelines across all divisions and brands towards all channels: online, offline, events, signage, intellectual property, logo design and creation (in Arabic and English). What prepares you for the positionA relevant degree or diploma in visual communications, digital design, graphic design, or a similar fieldDevelopment of Creative Content: 8+ years of design and content production expertise, with a proven track record of converting original concepts into graphics in both in-house and agency contexts.Detailed-oriented and deadline-oriented: possesses the ability to handle several tasks under tight deadlines, operate under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.Communication and Graphic Skills: Outstanding writing, communication, and graphic design abilities; proficient in English; able to explain complicated concepts in simple, understandable terms.Technical proficiency is the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite professionally.(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and content management systems for the web and social media.Social Media and Video Skills: Has expertise in video editing and animation, as well as managing material for social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.Knowledge of the Web and Print: Experienced with mobile-responsive design, printing, and production procedures; a foundational understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is advantageous.Engaging Stakeholders: Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially when it comes to elucidating design principles to stakeholders who are not designers.Expertise in branding includes knowledge of visual identity standards, brand management, and brand governance.
