About Company;
For one of its clients in the healthcare sector, HRSG-Innovative Business Solutions is seeking a Manager, Nutrition and Food Services.

Key Responsibilities:
•  Create and oversee yearly plans, financial plans, and strategic objectives for both food and non-food enterprises.
•  Oversee and manage several facilities while making sure that organisational and governmental regulations are followed.
• Ensure ISO 22000:2005 and JCIA accreditation compliance and oversee audit processes.
•  Oversee the manufacturing of food to guarantee its timely, safe, and nutrient-dense distribution.
•  Improve employee competencies to satisfy changing organisational demands.
•  Examine client comments and make adjustments to surpass expectations.
• Manage food preparation, banquets, and organisational performance criteria.
•  Coordinate multidisciplinary training, study results, and policy development.

Requirements:
• A master's degree in hospitality, hotel management, or a similar discipline is required; professional certifications, such as HCIMA, are preferred.
• At least ten years of senior experience in food services or nutrition (preferably in healthcare or hospitality).
• Strong understanding of dietetics, food/labor regulations, and ISO 22000:2005 standards; mastery of Microsoft Office; and the capacity to adjust to shifting needs while maintaining an emphasis on efficiency and quality.
