Minimum Requirements:
BBA/MBA or Pharmacy/Pharm.D degree with at least 1 of experience in Logistic/Supplies management. Experience in UNICEF nutrition projects will be a plus.
Job Description:
1. Maintain track of project supplies coming in and going out in accordance with industry standards for logistics management.
2. Keep accurate records and provide reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
3. Keep the office and warehouse up to date with appropriate asset tagging.
4. Proper storage of UNICEF and WFP food supplies and other goods at warehouses and medical facilities.
5. Labour and transportation arrangements for prompt supply delivery to medical facilities and project locations.
6. Assure the security of the goods kept in the storage.
7. Keep both hard and soft backups of your records.
8. To ensure that SFP and OTP activities are carried out smoothly, prepare and submit a supply request for SFP and OTP supplies on time to the district nutritionist or nutrition coordinator.
9. Assist Nutrition Assistants in keeping a daily, accurate, and current record of the supplies used at each health facility or union council.
10. Any additional pertinent duties that the program office or project coordinator assigns.
Salary Package:
PKR 30,000 per month approx.
