Overview of the Position: 
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager with a strong history in financial management and leadership who is highly qualified and experienced. The ideal applicant will have a professional certificate like a CA or ACCA and more than ten years of experience in the finance industry. Principal Duties:
1. Planning and Financial Strategy:
. Create and put into action sound financial plans to help the company achieve its objectives.
. To guarantee the best possible resource allocation, do budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
. Make strategic suggestions to the executive team based on market trends and financial facts.
2. Compliance and Financial Reporting:
. Create and provide precise financial reports, such as cash flow forecasts, profit and loss statements, and balance sheets.
. Assure adherence to legal requirements, tax laws, and national and international accounting standards.
. To guarantee seamless audits and compliance assessments, communicate with regulatory agencies and external auditors.
3. Team Building and Leadership:
. Encourage a culture of high performance by leading and coaching the finance staff.
. To improve operational efficiency, supervise the creation of financial procedures and internal controls.
. Give team members opportunity for professional growth and training.
4. Efficiency and Cost Control:
. To keep the business profitable, keep an eye on and manage its expenses.
. Find areas where costs may be cut and procedures can be improved.
. Assess risks and put policies in place to reduce financial hazards.
5. Managing Stakeholders:
. Work together with partners, banks, investors, and other internal and external stakeholders.
. Effectively convey business updates and financial information to stakeholders.
. To get the best terms for payments, manage your connections with suppliers and vendors.
Skills and Qualifications Needed:
1. Background in Education:
. Certification as a chartered accountant (CA) or member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) is required.
2. Experience:
. ten years or more of financial experience, at least five of which must have been spent in a senior leadership position.
. strong proficiency in reporting, analysis, and financial planning.
. shown expertise in compliance, audits, and budget management.
3. Technical Expertise:
. expertise in ERP and financial applications.
. advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
