Job Description:
Junior Manager (m/f/d) – Digital Marketing Operations:
A biopharmaceutical business founded on research, Gilead finds, creates, and markets novel medications in unmet medical needs. We aim to enhance the treatment of individuals with life-threatening illnesses worldwide with every new discovery and experimental medication candidate.

To advance our omnichannel efforts, our German affiliate's Commercial Operations team is seeking a Junior Manager of Digital Marketing Operations. Through creative (digital) platforms and engagement experiences, we have a rare opportunity to improve customer interaction and mould our digital infrastructure.
The position is headquartered in Martinsried, Munich, and belongs to the Digital Marketing Management Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Partnering:
In order to strengthen market leadership and provide a flawless customer experience while meeting the main strategic imperatives, collaborate with our Business Division (BU) marketing and sales teams to develop and implement omnichannel plans and campaigns.

Leadership:
Actively promote an e2e-focused, KPI-driven, and customer-centric planning and execution strategy for our x-functional ecommerce campaigns, incorporating important stakeholders from pertinent departments.

Campaign Analytics:
Work with the SFE and BA teams to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated campaigns, offering insights and suggestions for brand teams to optimise.

Digital Expertise: 
Serve as a crucial advisor for the creation, introduction, and technical improvement of communication and digital channels for engagement.

Content Management: 
Facilitate the deployment of a modular content-based asset management system and support content updates and improvements on digital (web) platforms.

Point-of-Contact: 
Act as the main point of contact for marketing, digital agencies, and global headquarters to guarantee that infrastructure rollout and brand strategy are carried out smoothly.

Innovation Culture: 
To maintain market leadership, cultivate a culture of digital innovation that encourages the adoption of new digital channels and technology.

Trend Awareness:
Stay abreast of emerging trends and technology in digital marketing to spot chances to enhance your skills in this area.

Required Skills and Experience:
Degree in the natural sciences, business administration, information technology, or a similar discipline
Shown expertise in digital marketing, preferably in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sector.
Strong knowledge of customer engagement tactics and omnichannel marketing.
The capacity to evaluate campaign data and extract useful information to maximise marketing initiatives.
Knowledge of digital marketing technologies and platforms, such as Veeva, Sitecore, and SFMC.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to collaborate with stakeholders and teams in an efficient manner.
The ability to continuously take complete responsibility for the timeliness, correctness, and dependability of important data points and reports.
A drive to remain on top of technological developments and digital trends.
