HR Assistant (Non-Tech) – Job Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our team in Lahore. This position will focus on supporting HR operations with an emphasis on documentation, administrative tasks, and talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation & Administration (60%): Manage employee records, oversee onboarding and offboarding documentation, handle benefits administration, ensure compliance, and prepare HR reports.
- Recruitment (40%): Assist in candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
- Policy Implementation: Help in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR role.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); HRIS experience is a plus.
Work Details:
- Location: Tech Society, Lahore
- Timings: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Salary: 50K plus commission
