About Company:
A Junior Digital Marketing Expert is currently needed to join Thule's Global Online team at the company's headquarters in Malmö, Sweden. Mid-April 2025 until the end of March 2026, or by agreement, is the duration of the temporary job.
About the Role:
Through a variety of campaigns, you will support our online marketing initiatives by working as a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist, assisting in increasing engagement and conversions. As you assist in the development and implementation of campaigns that link us with our audience, you will acquire expertise in Google advertisements, social networking advertising, and multi-channel marketing.

Your Profile:
We think that you possess a bachelor's diploma in marketing, e-commerce, or a similar discipline to succeed in this position. You are a well-organised, driven team player who does well in the digital environment. You are keen to learn and advance in the discipline of digital marketing and possess a strategic and business-minded approach.
Responsibilities:
Create and oversee internet marketing campaigns across several platforms, mainly Google and Meta.
Assist in doing A/B testing and guarantee continuous marketing optimisation.
Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns, evaluate data, and participate in data-driven decision-making for enhancements.
Work together to optimise advertising with our content team.
Work together across departments to coordinate marketing initiatives and guarantee a unified brand message.
Keep abreast of market developments and look for creative approaches to improve our internet visibility.
Desired Skills:
A degree in e-commerce, marketing, or a similar discipline.
Familiarity with online advertising.
Fundamental knowledge of the concepts and tactics of internet marketing.
Since English is our main working language, we should be fluent in it.
A desire to study and keep abreast of the most recent developments in the field.
Ability to evaluate and understand the effectiveness of campaigns using fundamental analytics techniques.
