About Company:
We are a professional English coaching franchise firm based in Australia that is growing in Dubai. To spearhead our business development initiatives, we are seeking a driven and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager. The chosen applicant will be crucial to expanding our clientele, fostering enduring bonds, and providing tailored training programs to businesses in the United Arab Emirates.

 

Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach: 
Find and establish contact with possible business-to-business (B2B) clients, such as government agencies, corporate enterprises, and academic institutions.

Sales Strategy: 
To increase revenue and market penetration for our English tutoring programs, create and implement a thorough sales strategy.

Business Partnerships: 
Create and preserve solid bonds with leaders in learning and development, human resources specialists, and other important stakeholders.

Program Customisation: 
Work together with the coaching staff to create and present specialised training programs that meet the needs of your clients.

Presentations & Demos:
To highlight the benefits of our services, conduct workshops, customer presentations, and demos.

Negotiation and Contracting:
To guarantee effective deal closing, supervise talks, create proposals, and complete contracts.

Market research: 
To improve sales strategies, keep up with regional industry trends, rival products, and consumer demands.

Reporting: 
Create and deliver pipeline updates, performance indicators, and sales projections to the franchise leadership group.

 


Qualifications:
Demonstrated success in business development or B2B sales, preferably in the UAE or the education/training industry.
Knowledge of Dubai's business environment and awareness of the needs for corporate training in the area.
Strong presenting, negotiating, and communication abilities.
Familiarity with various sales tools and CRM platforms.
An MBA is preferred. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline is required.fluent in Arabic or other regional languages; fluency in English is preferred.
