There are openings in Karachi for Technical Support Engineer positions with a reputable IT solution provider. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or a closely related field is required, as well as three to four years of solid training and practical expertise with System Centre Configuration Manager, Microsoft Intune, Windows Client and Windows Server operating systems.

The responsibilities of a technical support engineer include managing and installing routine updates to Windows Client and Server systems while maintaining the System Centre Configuration Manager architecture.
Occupational Duties:

The infrastructure of System Centre Configuration Manager is managed and maintained.
Updating Windows Client and Server systems on a regular basis and managing their deployment
Preparing for and carrying out restarts following monthly Windows Server OS patching
SCCM-based deployment and management of Windows Defender and SCEPs
Setting up Configuration Baselines in accordance with the specifications and informing pertinent clients
Software inventory data gathering and reporting
the production and administration of computer collections
Utilizing demand-driven application deployment management
OS Deployment and customized Image Distribution creation and administration
Custom SCCM Reports creation
Co-Management with Microsoft Intune and SCCM is managed and monitored.
Monitoring and upkeep of the relevant systems and applications.
completing enterprise-level projects on the client's premises.

Skills:
Configuration Manager for System Centre.
Windows Intune.
Operating Systems for Windows Client (7, 10, 11)
Operating Systems for Windows Servers (2016, 2019, 2022)
Knowledge of Networks
