Job Description:
We are looking for a highly qualified AI developer to join our team who has experience with Semantic Search and Natural Language Processing (NLP). You will be in charge of creating and implementing sophisticated algorithms and models to enhance our search functionality and the user experience as an AI Developer. You'll collaborate directly with our data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to develop state-of-the-art NLP and semantic search solutions.

Responsibilities:
Modern NLP models and algorithms should be created and implemented for semantic search applications.
Create scalable, high-performance systems that handle and process huge amounts of text data.
To find chances for innovation, conduct research, and keep current with NLP and semantic search developments.
Work with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into technological specifications by understanding business requirements.
To increase search efficiency, relevance, and accuracy, current search algorithms and models should be improved.
To give quick and responsive search results, and optimize system performance and resource use.
To assure the accuracy and dependability of NLP models, thoroughly test and evaluate them.
Work together with data scientists to prepare and convert raw data into forms that NLP models can use.
Keep up with the latest developments in NLP, machine learning, and semantic search technologies.
Research results, project updates, and technological solutions should be documented and shared with stakeholders.

Requirements:
a degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related discipline, either at the bachelor's or master's level. A doctorate is a bonus.
solid knowledge of NLP methods including topic modeling, sentiment analysis, named entity recognition, and text classification.
Knowledge of deep learning frameworks and libraries for NLP tasks, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and spaCy.
programming knowledge in languages like Python, Java, or C++.
strong understanding of the concepts and methods of information retrieval, including relevance, ranking, and indexing.
experience with ontologies, knowledge graphs, and semantic search tools.
knowledge of search engine platforms like Solr or Elasticsearch.
ability to deduce useful insights from complicated data sets through analysis and interpretation.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to function both alone and together.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs20,000 - Rs100,000 per month
