- Knowledge and understanding of USA health insurance guidelines especially Medicare
- Medicare posting is mandatory.

- Follow up on unpaid claims within standard billing cycle timeframe
- Check each insurance payment for accuracy and compliance with contract discount
- Review patient bills for accuracy and completeness and obtain any missing information
- Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancy in payments if necessary
- Identify and bill secondary or tertiary insurances
- All accounts are to be reviewed for insurance or patient follow-up
- To communicate effectively with Team and Clients.
- To maintain the protocols and documentation of each performed task.
- Any other task as assigned by the management.
Requirement:
- Proficient in English speaking Excellent communication skills
- Experienced of Payment Poster/Medical Billing 2 Year or above
- Able to work from 6 PM-3AM ( Mon-Fri)
