We are looking for Manager Marketing Study Abroad for Lahore, having a minimum of 1 to 5 years of experience in Australia, the UK, the USA and Canada.
Design and execute marketing strategies for business development.
Actively participating in designing social media marketing activities.
Managing the marketing team and representing the organization to other institutions.
Visiting the local universities, colleges and schools to promote the company and generating leads.
Raise brand awareness through the creation of marketing campaigns.
To communicate with Universities and Colleges for prospective collaboration.
To Convert prospective students into enrollments.
Essential Criteria:
All Applicants must demonstrate a high level of competency and proven experience in the following areas:
Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to build positive relationships with institutions on and offshore.
Must have leadership qualities.
Should have knowledge of the Australian, UK and USA education system and migration Industry of Australia.
Must be Fluent in English.
Areas of Responsibility:
Own, build and operate the Sales marketing programming focusing on repeatable lead-generation strategies that drive clear KPI results.
Create go-to-market strategies and digital media campaigns for brand marketing and lead-generation initiatives
Act as a lead contributor to brand strategy spanning press releases, marketing collateral, and digital presence
Execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms, including social media and email, focusing on testing and conversion rate optimization
Own Payactiv presence at trade shows and marketing events for business partners
Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
Utilize a data-driven approach to build and manage departmental KPIs around new business
Utilize a deep understanding of growth & optimization best practices such as A/B testing to run experiments and evaluate results
Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams including Sales and Account Management
Strategize around the creation of collateral for sales events, campaigns, and clients
Build out ABM strategies and campaigns to convert target businesses
Required Skills:
5+ years experience in B2B AND B2C lead-generation
Experience in managing event marketing
Strong understanding of tracking and results-oriented metrics including CPA, CPL, Conversion Rates, and ROI
Proficient in productivity platforms such as Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, Trello, and more
Proficient in marketing platforms such as Hubspot, MoEngage, Pendo, and more
Proficient in media platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and Bing
Ability to work independently and work well with others across multi-functional teams
Flexible and adaptable within a fast-paced environment
