I am looking for a Business Analyst with 2 years  experience in the IT industry for our US  clients. 

Experience in analyzing business and technical requirements, preparing presentations and conducting research acquisitions, modeling and auditing, preferably using agile methodologies.
Advanced understanding of the business domain, including business processes and applications that support  assigned functional areas 
Capture and analyze business process flows to determine how changes impact current process flows, uncover dependencies, analyze gaps, and recommend other areas for improvement. 
Provides visibility for the product owner to prioritize work and manage backlogs. 
Helps the Product Owner to assess current opportunities and prioritize work that brings the greatest value to the business 
Team Negotiate cost-effective solutions with a team of developers. 
Understand product requirements, including providing feedback  to the team on work in progress 
Act as  key stakeholders in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to support  task completion 
Review product documentation, including product requirements 
Outstanding Communication Skills 
Working Hours: Night Shift (7:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m.)
