Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities: 
1. Using outreach, networking, and market research, find and pursue new business possibilities in the facilities management sector. 
2. Create and put into practice efficient sales techniques to meet facility management goals and corporate objectives. 
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, facility managers, property owners, and other industry stakeholders in the facility management sector. 
4. Hold talks, exhibits, and presentations to win new collaborations and contracts for facilities management services. 
5. Work together with the sales team to provide proposals and solutions for facility management that are tailored to the goals and demands of the customer. 
6. Use CRM software to keep precise records of all sales activity, customer interactions, and business prospects pertaining to facility management. 
7. Work together with internal divisions, including marketing, finance, and operations, to guarantee the smooth provision of facility management services and client contentment. 
8. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in facility management to identify business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. 
9. To grow your professional network and advertise your company's services, go to industry gatherings, conferences, and networking events in facility management. 
10. Create predictions, performance indicators, and reports on a regular basis to monitor your progress toward facility management objectives. 
Ideal Candidate Profile: 
- One to two years of experience in relevant positions in the facilities management sector, such as sales or business development. 
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, facility management, or a related field. Hindi language proficiency is an extra benefit. 
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales goals and bring in new business in the facilities management industry. 
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to establish trust and relationships with clients and facility management industry professionals. 
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities designed especially for facilities management services. 
- A results-driven mentality that prioritizes providing outstanding customer service and boosting facility management revenue. 
- The capacity to operate both independently and cooperatively in a hectic facility management setting. 
- Expertise in using CRM software and the MS Office suite. 
- It is advantageous to have knowledge of industry trends, laws, and best practices in facility management.
