About the role You will be an integral part of the Atlantis Dubai information technology team as the manager, IT-Data Analyst. You will be responsible for drawing insightful conclusions from our sizable data sets and offering data-driven suggestions to enhance operations, customise visitor experiences, and spur revenue growth. You will create and manage reports and dashboards that visually represent important metrics and trends. You will also gather, clean, and analyze data from many sources, including as PMS, revenue management systems, waterpark, and guest feedback tools. You will also identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, increase guest satisfaction, and optimise marketing campaigns, whilst also partnering with key stakeholders across departments to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
Aside from working with IT colleagues to conceptualize and develop new solutions, applications, and dashboards, the Manager, IT - Data Analyst role will also involve helping to define, develop, and document the business requirements, objectives, deliverables, and specifications of software on a project-by-project basis in conjunction with internal users and departments. You will work with business stakeholders to create appropriate standard operating procedures and consult with other technical professionals, both internal and external, to contribute expertise toward driving solutions. About you A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or software engineering is required for the ideal Manager, IT-Data Analyst position. Additionally, at least five years of experience in an IT support capacity, with an emphasis on ticketing or hotel applications, is required. Additionally, you will be well-versed in relational databases (SQL and Oracle) and query best practices, with particular emphasis on triggers, stored procedures, and SSRS reporting. Additionally, you will be knowledgeable in Python, SSRS, Excel, and SQL. Along with knowledge of AI-driven analytics and familiarity with business intelligence products like Power Bi or Tableau, you will also have expertise with a variety of web development languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Node.js.
