Job Description:
Sajid Habib General Trading L.L.C., the country representative of SWISH for the United Arab Emirates, is looking for a motivated Deputy Manager.
Sales to become a member of our sales team You should be a driven self-starter who can close deals and develop relationships with clients in order to boost sales.
Job Responsibilities:
Establish and meet sales goals by providing sales professionals with feedback, inspiration, guidance, and education. You can also reach your showroom's monthly goal.
For SWISH to create recurring revenue, develop strong relationships with top real estate and architecture businesses.
Create a relationship with government employees and share the ideals of our brand to get government projects for SWISH.
To improve project sales, consistently visit and inquire with current clients, find potential clients, and provide quotations to them.
Keeping the sales and development teams of the organization motivated. boosting revenue and profitability through developing new customers and relationships, taking proactive and reactive lead following actions.
Oversee outlet employees to ensure that SWISH outlets are followed and that customers have a five-star experience there.
It is your duty to improve customer satisfaction with SWISH and increase brand recognition in the cutthroat industry.
Recognize the language used by upper management, explain it to all team members, and maintain their motivation.
Provide appropriate guidance and supervision for handling complex and difficult sales.
Update senior management on showroom conditions and industry expertise.
Maintain current sales reports, and provide them to higher management on a regular basis.
Ensuring collaboration and prioritizing team building in order to achieve monthly sales goals.

Skills:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline from any respectable public or private university.
Experience: Prioritization will be given to experience in the bathware industry.
• Demonstrated eight years or more of experience managing sales or performing similar duties.
• Outstanding sales and customer service abilities.
• Effective communicator both in writing and voice.
• Excellent Microsoft Suite knowledge.
• Strong negotiation and troubleshooting abilities
