Job Summary:
We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at Claire Dominic Buru as a Sales Administrator. As a sales administrator, you will be extremely important, especially when it comes to marketing our offerings and knowledge.
Responsibilities:
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate their features, benefits, and value propositions to potential clients.
Prospecting: Locate and get in touch with possible customers via social media and other methods. Client Engagement: Recognize the requirements of your clients, provide solutions, and give them outstanding customer service to establish and preserve lasting relationships.
Client Communication: Throughout the sales process, be in constant contact with clients to answer their questions, give them updates, and guarantee their pleasure.
Sales Presentations: In order to highlight our services and convince prospective customers to work with CDB on projects, give engaging sales presentations and demos.
Negotiation: Work out terms and seal sales agreements to ensure that the client and the business win out.
Sales Reporting: Keep accurate records of sales activities, track progress against targets, and provide regular reports to management.
Market research: Keep abreast of developments in your sector, rivals' actions, and consumer preferences to yield insightful information for sales tactics.
Record-keeping: In order to ensure accuracy and adherence to corporate policies, manage sales documentation, including quote creation, order processing, contracts, invoicing, and purchase orders.
Skills:
Requirements:
Experience: At least three years of sales administration and client-facing experience in the interior design sector or a related profession like construction, architecture, joinery/woodwork, fit out, or kitchens.
Knowledge: In depth knowledge and familiarity with design & architecture, custom/bespoke joinery, fit out, or kitchen products and processes is highly desirable.
Organizational Skills: Capacity to prioritize duties wisely in a hectic work environment and handle several things at once.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong emphasis on client interaction and relationship building.
Networking: It's an advantage if you've had experience connecting with general contractors, real estate developers, architects, and designers at events.
Meticulous attention to detail is necessary to guarantee correctness in order processing and documentation.
Software Proficiency: Well-versed in CRM and the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Having a car and a driving license is advantageous.
English proficiency, both written and spoken, is a MUST!
Fluent Russian language is an advantage.
Fluency in Arabic is an advantage.
Speaking other European languages well is beneficial.
