Job Summary: 
The Information Communications and Technology Department is responsible for developing and implementing the ICT Master Plan; defining and implementing technology infrastructure, systems, and services; providing operations support; preparing and executing technology testing and operational readiness phases; and coordinating with Dubai Smart City initiatives in alignment with the requirements and planning of the company. The design, coordination, implementation, and management of the company's cyber security threat intelligence operation center (monitoring and incident response) will fall under the purview of this senior manager of cyber security. This includes pre-, during, and post-business operations. 
Responsibilities: 
Investigates and resolves security events and incidents; Understands the policies, standards and guidelines appropriate to the Monitoring & Response business, technology and legal requirements, and in accordance with company policies and procedures; Identify, track, compare, and analyze security solutions as well as the identification, investigation, and resolution of security events and incidents detected by those systems in regular reports. Develop, implement, and oversee standard operating procedures for the security operation center that serve as a guide for day-to-day operations. Five or more years of expertise overseeing a security operations center and information security are prerequisites. a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, with a preference for computer sciences or related fields; My ideal certification would be either GCIH or CISM; Knowledge in cloud and IT infrastructure services, such as security, directory services, identity management, networks, storage, databases, PKI, VPN, SSO, federation services, or WIFI.
