As a specialized recruitment consultancy in the IT sector, we act as a daily link between qualified IT talent and companies in various industries. Our team, consisting of over 80 employees, works every day to create the ideal connection between talented IT specialists and companies, paving the way for successful careers and entrepreneurial success.
Tasks:
You are responsible for the organization and implementation of internal personnel marketing advertising campaigns You will build a network with external partners, including universities, event organizers and sponsoring partners, to develop long-term collaborations that help strengthen our employer brand You will independently implement the advertising campaigns as part of the corporate design You support the creation of attractive job advertisements for our website and suitable job platforms You will work closely with our marketing and HR departments.
Your profile:
You have completed an apprenticeship or a degree with a focus on marketing Ideally, you have some experience in marketing You are familiar with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva and can use them to implement your own advertising campaigns Your proficiency in both German and English is excellent. You identify with a dynamic company with a start-up character and contribute your own ideas You are self-confident and professional.
