Report sales results, retailer comments, and referral activities on a regular basis to the sales manager. Performance-Based Rewards and Reaching KPIsBy aggressively pursuing merchants and guaranteeing steady platform utilization, you may meet and beyond sales goals.Work together with the sales manager to modify plans as necessary in order to reach quarterly goals and enhance customer satisfaction. Communications about Promotions and OffersTo increase customer loyalty and promote repeat business, let clients know about special deals and discounts available on the AQAD platform. Distribute promotional materials and notify merchants of revisions in coordination with marketing. Principal Duties1. Acquisition of Retailers Create a network by connecting supermarkets, grocery stores, minimarts, and small retail businesses. Make it easy for shops to sign up for AQAD's mobile application.2. Management of Sales Growth and Incentives Reach monthly and quarterly sales goals by actively interacting with retail customers. Reach referral program KPIs, encourage merchants to use AQAD, and get successful sign-ups.3. Sales Support and Training: Give merchants thorough app training on how to use AQAD's platform for order processing, inventory management, and arranging expedited deliveries. Provide technical assistance to shops so they can set up and use the app.4. Feedback and Data Reporting Monitor sales volumes, customer satisfaction, and retailer onboarding rates. Give management information to improve platform user experience and sales tactics. Pay and BenefitsBase Pay: 1,500 AEDAED 500 is the transportation allowance.
