In a key role, you are responsible for the availability, management, and advancement of our managed services, ensuring that our exceptional service quality is maintained. Together with the service portfolio manager, you will contribute your innovative ideas to the ongoing improvement of managed services and our value propositions for customers throughout Germany.

What to anticipate
. You can assure efficient performance and service delivery in the field of DevOps Managed Services by communicating at eye level with clients as well as inside the team.  
. You consider yourself as the primary point of contact for pertinent stakeholders as a problem solver and solution giver, and you monitor shifting client needs and business prospects.
. Nobody can deceive you when it comes to events, service requests, or service level agreements. You always keep track of all pertinent indicators (in Jira, Confluence, MS Office, and Service Now) and manage them with your DevOps team.
. You assist in identifying current optimization possibilities and ensuring that established standards and procedures are followed as part of continuous improvement process.
What we anticipate from you
. Personal background: You hold a degree in engineering, natural sciences, or business informatics, or a related field of study. You have been providing services for a number of years, and you use your leadership abilities to escalation management. 
. Show us your enthusiasm: You are comfortable with standard IT service procedures and have a strong interest in DevOps, incident, issue, and change management, as well as project management. Your methodical approach to work and capacity to remain composed under pressure are strengths.
. Know How: You should ideally be well-versed in ITIL procedures and certified in them, have expertise with DevOps or Scrum as your chosen working methodology, and be extremely driven. We will assist you in obtaining certification in process-based project management techniques like PMI or IPMA that serve as a bridge between the process world and agile work.
. First, people: You have above-average client orientation, excellent critical thinking abilities, and are a team player.
