Who are we?
Our goal at Enterprise IT Security (EITS) is to protect the Volvo Group's IT journey. We collaborate closely with stakeholders in a number of Truck Divisions (TDs), Group Functions (GFs), and Business Areas (BAs). The TDs handle research, development, production, and assembly, whereas the BAs are in charge of running the company. The GFs of Volvo Group are in charge of the Group agenda, give strategic guidance, and have worldwide accountability.
You will be a member of Group Digital & IT (Group Function) with Enterprise IT Security. a varied and international group of highly qualified professionals that welcome change, work with enthusiasm, and have faith in one another to stay ahead.
Principal duties: 
To join our team, we are looking for a meticulous Cybersecurity Metrics and Reporting Analyst. The ideal applicant will be in charge of gathering, examining, and summarizing cybersecurity metrics in order to evaluate how well our security measures are working. This position will be essential in assisting the company in making data-driven choices that will improve its cybersecurity posture.
. Gather, examine, and evaluate cybersecurity-related information from several sources.
. Create and update dashboards and KPIs to convey security trends and performance.
. Create thorough reports on vulnerabilities, security incidents, and compliance status.
. Work together with cybersecurity teams to determine, using analytics, what needs to be improved.
. Offer analysis and suggestions for making decisions based on facts.
. Contribute to the creation and execution of security standards, policies, and practices.
. Keep abreast of market developments and industry best practices to enhance reporting procedures over time.
Key Competencies: 
. Outstanding organizing, presenting, and communicating abilities
. Knowledge of data analysis tools, such as Excel and Power BI
. strong knowledge of cybersecurity metrics and frameworks, such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
. Outstanding analytical abilities with an emphasis on precision.
. Excellent verbal and writing communication abilities to clearly convey results.
. the capacity to oversee several tasks and cooperate in a group setting.
A bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, information systems, engineering, or a similar discipline, or comparable work experience, is the minimum requirement for education and experience.
Five years or more of experience in the cybersecurity industry
