We are now searching for a Senior Strategy Consultant in Stockholm to join our team who is tech savvy.

Working directly with our clients and our team of diverse skills, you will be in charge of elucidating and resolving their difficulties. Our entrepreneurial culture will provide you with every opportunity to advance both personally and as a self-reliant thought leader. Furthermore, you will oversee the development, delivery, and outcomes of your own accounts, which places a premium on your ability to lead and conduct business. You will need to be able to work across multiple verticals with many of the biggest firms and most recognizable brands in the Nordic region, as Avaus does not specialize in any particular vertical.
Also, you'll be performing a few of these tasks:
Articulate your clients’ most important business needs within Marketing & Sales development. Create data-driven strategies, visions, and roadmaps for your clients. Build robust business cases for change. Translate business needs into technical requirements. Explain and interpret technological solutions for stakeholders in business and marketing. Drive change and implement new ways of working. Grow existing clients and contribute to New Business Sales. Guide and assist colleagues in all facets of management consulting.
Who are you?
You're an inquisitive individual who always wants to stretch the boundaries of your knowledge. You wish to upend the existing quo and influence people's perceptions of your company. You must be highly interested in consultative sales, possess good account management abilities, or wish to improve them in order to succeed in the position. You are a capable leader who can take initiative in a hectic work atmosphere and fulfill obligations on time and within budget. You have a lot of experience working on tech initiatives, like developing e2e data activation solutions and implementing platforms. People characterize you as a result-oriented, genuine team player who nevertheless has a somewhat carefree approach.
In addition to your personality, we hope you possess:
Master of Science in industrial economics and management, with a focus on economics and business administration. At least eight years of experience working as a management consultant for a consulting firm. Experience with marketing and sales operations in moderate to big organizations with a proven track record from technical projects linked to marketing in conjunction with data, analytics, and organizational transformation. Knowledge of cross-functional team project management and agile methodologies. proficient in Swedish since it's a language that our clients need us to speak. Fluent in English, verbal and written. Other languages are a plus.
Practical Information:
This is a permanent position with a 6 months’ probation period, based at our Stockholm office at Renstiernas gata 12. Commencement date as soon as feasible or as decided upon. Our office is a hybrid remote setup. Ellen Lubeck, Head of Delivery Sweden, will be your supervisor.
