Tasks:
At Thyssenkrupp Nucera AG & Co. KGaA, we currently have an intriguing position for a Senior Product Manager for Green Hydrogen (gH2). This individual will be accountable to the Head of Green Hydrogen (gH2) Product Management. You will be in charge of the alkaline water electrolysis product's efficient development and marketing inside gH2. In this role, you will be responsible for handling challenging problems within your functional area of expertise, taking part in long-term planning, integrating and creating processes that satisfy organizational needs, and adding to the overall business plan. You contribute to the successful creation and promotion of gH2's Alkaline Water Electrolysis Product. You are aware of market trends, consumer demands, and potential for expansion. You also specify the conditions that the product must meet in order to succeed. You recognize market trends, client demands, and expansion prospects. You also specify what the product must do to meet gH2 revenue and margin goals. You keep an eye on and assess the technological activity of your colleagues in order to make decisions and take action on the development of new products and their appearance. You monitor, compile, and evaluate international regulatory standards. You continually screen, identify, refine, assess, and report on market trends in the green hydrogen business as well as new technological advancements with regard to each step of the production of green hydrogen. Value propositions are created by identifying solutions based on feedback from customers and the market. Assisting with the definition, development, and execution of product-related internal procedures, you ensure their seamless integration into internal workflows. You speak on behalf of Thyssenkrupp Nucera on product-related subjects at fairs, conferences, and other gatherings.
Profile:
You have a degree in chemistry, engineering, or materials science from an academic institution. Ideally, you have experience with alkaline water electrolysis. You understand the relevant client contracts for products as well as the essential internal processes and procedures. Your multicultural understanding allows you to capitalize on cultural differences. You have outstanding leadership and interpersonal skills in addition to having strong oral and written communication talents. You are able to demonstrate your analytical and problem-solving abilities. You have the ability to manage projects and activities. You have the ability to organize, develop, market, and execute initiatives. Your prior expertise in project management is beneficial. Your linguistic abilities in English and German are superb. You're willing to frequently travel around the globe for work.
