Job Description: 
The whole organization-wide planning, coordinating, and carrying out of IT operations falls within the purview of the IT manager. They will oversee IT initiatives, spending plans, and resources to make sure that technological advancements support organizational objectives. Along with managing IT personnel and monitoring daily operations, the IT manager will also be in charge of overseeing end-user support and advice. They ought to possess great project management talents, a thorough awareness of IT infrastructure, and strong leadership qualities. 
Responsibilities: 
• Create and carry out IT projects and strategies. 
• Manage IT projects, resources, and budgets. 
• Ensure the availability and reliability of IT infrastructure and systems. 
• Manage daily IT operations and offer assistance with technical matters. 
• Oversee and guide IT personnel, including recruiting and onboarding. 
• Work together with stakeholders to determine which technology needs should come first. 
• Assess and suggest novel technology and approaches to boost organizational effectiveness. 
• Verify adherence to security guidelines and rules. 
Conditions: 
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar discipline. 
• Proven project management and IT management expertise.
