Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities: 
Oversee and plan the work of the maintenance technicians. Develop and implement maintenance programs and schedules. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Oversee equipment repairs and preventive maintenance. Control the supply and spare part inventory. Train and mentor maintenance staff. Keep an eye on and assess the maintenance technicians' work. Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues. Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports. 
Desired Candidate Profile: 
Engineering bachelor's degree or a similar degree. accreditation in a relevant field, such as maintenance management. Five years or more of experience supervising maintenance. Experience in the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices and techniques. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy.
