Job Description: 
Roles & responsibilities: 
1. Create and prepare training material-related questions. 2. Create and prepare training material-related questions. 3. Prepare the practical and assessment tasks. 4. Develop and issue educational content, including notes, tests, and assignments. 5. Organize supplies and resources for lectures and presentations. 6. Encourage interactive learning to give each student individualized training. 7. Arrange and carry out instructional events and activities. 8. Ensure high standards of professional practice and quality in the teaching and learning of the subject(s), through having fruitful conversations, taking part in mutual peer review, and having the project manager or relevant management observe how classes are taught. 9. Write up and send out progress reports on a regular basis. 10. In charge of planning instructional activities, assigning grades, and assessing students' progress. 11. in charge of appropriately addressing concerns pertaining to student complaints, grades, and class standards. 12. Responsible for turning in the necessary weekly paperwork concerning the data analysis of weekly sessions. 13. Communicate effectively with students about the availability of study sessions. 14. Responsible for monitoring course progress, inspecting completed work for quality and quantity, and evaluating course success. 15. Conducts verbal, written and practical evaluations based on the training syllabus. 16. Responsible for student safety through training and making sure that they are complying with policies and regulations. 17. When necessary, work with management to organize and create the curriculum for training sessions and other activities. 18. Offer teachers and students technical help and assistance as needed. 19. Recommend updating and moderating the course contents to reflect any developments or changes in the procedures or technology discussed in the course. 20. Maintain existing courses; make sure that each of them is revised and improved based on the recommendations of the management and instructors. 21. Provide constructive feedback throughout the courses. 22. Address problems with work quality, issues between students and other concerns in an effective and timely manner. 23. Ensure students adhere to company policies and FujAA policies.
