A dynamic, vivacious, and self-driven Associate Property Consultant (Local & International - Real Estate) is what we are seeking for. The duties of an Associate Property Consultant include creating and maintaining a network of contacts to draw in new customers, investigating new market opportunities and managing growth initiatives, forecasting sales and revenue in line with projected income, viewing properties with customers and conducting surveys to gather information. Additionally, you should be able to properly advise customers about market dynamics and emerging trends. (Applications from women are encouraged.)

Requirements for an Associate Property Consultant:

It is preferred to have a bachelor's degree in a related discipline, such as business administration, finance, or real estate.
Presentation Technique
Self-motivated.
Strong communication abilities.
Skills in Presentation.
English and Urdu language proficiency.
Hours of Regular Office: 9:45 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
