Full job description: 
Starting in fall 2024/2025, there is an opportunity for an Assistant Professor in Maternity and Newborn Health Nursing at Ajman University's College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences. Work Accountabilities: Provide instruction in a designated field of study to students while keeping in mind and striving to meet the university's three core standards: teaching, research, and services. To ensure continued student achievement, assess, track, and give feedback on each individual student's progress. Conduct research, arrange, and oversee course outlines, community networks, and instructional resources. Look for strategies, processes, and tools to help you accomplish the goals of the course. Support and participate in accreditation initiatives. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned. 
Job requirements: 
It is necessary to have a PhD in nursing from a reputable university. alumnus of recognized institutions where education is conducted in English and credit hours are assigned. possess four to five years of minimum teaching experience. advanced technology integration into the educational process (presentations, e-learning platforms, reports). Candidates with a track record of excellence in research and some industrial experience related to the field will be given preference. 
Skills required: 
The capacity to write and speak clearly and concisely. the capacity to create and provide presentations. Capacity to collaborate well in a multi-cultural team environment. the capacity to write, compose, and modify written content. Skills for organizing and implementing programs. familiarity with electronic student information systems.
